While renowned for its authentic Sukiyaki and Paper Hot Pot, Zenpachi truly shines with its seasonal Sashimi Platter. Fresh seafood is air-flown daily from Toyosu Market in Japan and meticulously hand-prepared by our expert chefs, ensuring every slice embodies both exquisite presentation and sublime flavour. 中秋佳節將至🌕，禪八呈獻「極味の宴」套餐，以日本料理的粹美，織就一場感官的奢華盛宴，只需$568起。以鮮味海膽茶碗蒸揭開序幕，隨後登場的極上刺身二點、帕馬森起司雪花輕覆的櫻花蝦粟米天婦羅、經味噌醃製的銀鱈魚西京燒，主菜A4/A5宮崎牛肩壽喜燒或紙火鍋，霜降紋理入口即化，搭配野菜盛合的清新，完美平衡味蕾。
最後，禪八招牌宮崎和牛釜飯 - 以熬製的高湯炊煮，於手工陶鍋中煨出極致鮮味，最後以甜品為盛宴畫下優美句點。
The Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching🌕, Zenpachi presents the ultimate tasing menu, where the essence of Japanese cuisine weaves together an opulent feast for the senses, starting from just $568. The journey begins with a delicate Sea Urchin Steamed Egg Custard, followed by two Kinds Seasonal Sashimi, Crispy Sakura Shrimp and Corn Tempura dusted with Parmesan snow, and miso-marinated cod. For the main course, indulge in A4/A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Chuck eyes Sukiyaki or Paper Hot Pot paired with a fresh seasonal vegetable assortment for a harmonious balance.
The grand finale features Pot Steamed Rice with Miyazaki Wagyu, simmered in a handcrafted pot with rich dashi broth for unparalleled umami depth. A delicate dessert concludes this exquisite culinary celebration.
