Signature Sukiyaki
We deliberately follow the traditional Japanese sukiyaki method, first adding seasonal wild vegetables, tofu and other natural ingredients with a small amount of sauce to release water, then pouring sukiyaki sauce to simmer over a slow fire, adding specially selected Miyazaki Wagyu beef to be slightly blanched, and dipped in Japanese raw eggs before eating to add a unique aroma and tender taste.
