Zenpachi Shabu Shabu, a Japanese-style hot pot restaurant specializing in traditional paper hot pot and sukiyaki, has been praised and supported by many diners since its opening for more than 10 years, and has been selected as a recommended restaurant by the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau in 2016-2018 for three consecutive years.

Using high-quality ingredients imported directly from Japan, the restaurant serves the best A4 and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef and Japanese black pork, allowing you to taste Japan’s authentic paper hot pot and sukiyaki, as well as sashimi platters delivered directly from Toyosu and a variety of Japanese delicacies.

Traditional Japanese Paper Hot Pot

We serve traditional Japanese paper hot pot, the ingredients are served in paper and bamboo baskets delivered directly from Japan, using only a steel sheet and induction cooker to transfer heat. The suace and the ingredients of hot pot are carefully selected.Miyazaki Wagyu beef is cooked in traditional kombu broth to bring out the authentic Japanese flavor

Signature Sukiyaki

We deliberately follow the traditional Japanese sukiyaki method, first adding seasonal wild vegetables, tofu and other natural ingredients with a small amount of sauce to release water, then pouring sukiyaki sauce to simmer over a slow fire, adding specially selected Miyazaki Wagyu beef to be slightly blanched, and dipped in Japanese raw eggs before eating to add a unique aroma and tender taste.
